Are you interested in exploring ways to integrate Mindfulness and Movement into your personal and/or professional world?

Join Erica for an exploration of Mindfulness Strategies such as:

•Deep Belly Breathing
•Listening as an Anchor
•Body Scan
•Loving Kindness.

Additionally, begin the learning of weaving Dr. Jon Kabat-Zinn's attitudes of Mindfulness - non-judgement, patience, beginner's mind, trust, non-striving, letting go, acceptance, gratitude and generosity - into your daily life.

We have TWO different session options:
July 18th OR August 8th, 10:45am to 5:45pm

Space is limited to 25 per session.
