We all know the Mum we want to be right? We can start the day with such good intentions yet find by mid-morning; we’re already on an emotional rollercoaster ride of overwhelm, fatigue and frustration.
We get it, we were the same.
As Mums we are always putting ourselves last and that is not sustainable. A healthy, happy Mum = a healthy, happy family.
Sarah and I decided it was time for a change, Sarah introduced oils into her life and I introduced yoga to mine. We both created a daily practice which put ourselves first to ensure we are the happiest, healthiest version of ourselves.
We would love to share a few things that work for us which might work for you too!
In this special workshop, especially for mums, we will be exploring Essential Oils, learning some simple and easy yoga poses all with the aim at releasing body and mind tension.
Oils encourage a lifting of heavy thoughts & emotions, to allow room for what we truly value. We will be sharing some of our favourite oil blends that can invite more love, playfulness, joy, connection & gratitude into our everyday lives.
Yoga enables us to work with our breath to create a strong body and mind through physical movement. We will be exploring some awesome but simple yoga moves to create calm, happy bodies and minds.
The session will finish with a relaxation where you will be able to let everything go into complete bliss and relaxation.
