Sweet tea smoked turkey - Turkey breast brined in sweet tea and then smoked with post oak
Jalapeno hot smoked pork sausage
Ash roasted sweet potato - cooked in our firebox and slathered with a bourbon & sorghum compound butter, and topped with brown sugar cured bacon
Stewed green beans and city ham - slow stewed in cast iron over an open fire with our coffee and bourbon cured smoked city ham
And as always, live music all day!
