9:15am - Strength Train Together (Studio 1)
10:30am - Groove Together (Studio 1)
12:00pm - Core Focus Together (Studio 1**, Special day & time)
12:45pm - Cycle 30 Together* (Cycle Studio, Special day & time)

*Must sign up. Call the Welcome Center the day before to reserve your bike!
