Yoga at Banner Fitness is designed to be a blend of exercise and yoga. Classes are created to teach the basics of Yoga with a mix of physical postures and breathing practices that develop strength, balance, flexibility and a relaxed state of mind.This is an all levels class, and modifications are always included to ensure everyone feels comfortable.
