You probably already know you shouldn’t be eating pizza five nights a week or finishing off a box of crackers every other day. But if you’ve tried to lose weight in the past or if you’re struggling to improve your diet you also know how difficult it can be to make healthy choices when temptation is staring you in the face.

Join our registered dietitian Stephanie Fiorentino for a workshop on Mindful Eating. Explore why we eat the foods we eat and begin to break the cycle of deprivation and guilt with nutritious and satisfying foods.

The workshops begins with a 45 minute presentation on the fundamentals of mindful nutrition. Then we’ll re-center and get moving as Julianne leads us in a 45 minute mindful vinyasa. Class will finish with a group discussion so come prepared to share your challenges and learn from the experiences of others.

Stephanie has been in the health and wellness industry for almost a decade working as a personal trainer and registered dietitian. She launched Food Wonderful in 2017 to provide one-on-one nutrition counseling and is thrilled to be helping her clients build a more positive relationship with food. She promotes mindful nutrition and considers herself a “real foods” dietitian.
