Yoga helps tweens build the groundwork for a healthy lifestyle in a safe, non threatening environment. It is the perfect compliment to their busy academic and extra curricular schedules. In this class, we will work to empower and strengthen our bodies, build flexibility and spark creativity through music, yoga poses, games and breathwork.
Class is held in Four Week Series. This session runs April 11 through May 2.
