Do you enjoy cold weather because you get to wrap yourself in cozy blankets and drink cups of hot tea? Or you are not so much fan and you'd rather be in a tropical island right now?
Whether you like winter season or not, it is a great time for us to practice yin yoga focusing on two meridian lines: kidney and urinary bladder. These two are associated with winter and they are responsible for overall quality of chi (life force, prana), the balance and function of all the other organs health. That means, when you look after the winter organs, you also care for other organs too, in other words, you nurture your whole body, physically, emotionally, energetically, mentally.
Winter is the ultimate “yin” element of the season (more darkness at night, coldest months, hibernations, etc). In this workshop, you'll learn what these two meridians are about, you get to experience long juicy yin practice in a safe and quiet environment.
Why not give yourself a favour to dive deep (y)in to the inner exploration.
