In this four week workshop series, journey inward and take time to explore the facets of Self, that piece together to create the soul. Through journaling, movement, meditation, and intention setting. You will develop a more intimate relationship with your Self.
Led by Sydney Collier, the workshop will empower you to understand and trust your inner wisdom, for all the answers you seek lie within.
Week 1: Notes to Self, Introducing journaling as a path to know your true Self.
Week 2: Love for Self, we open discussion on why it is important to take care of oneself through diet, sleep, energy preservation.
Week 3: Prayer to Self, we will sit with the idea that a function of prayer is intention setting, making our prayers creative intentions to manifest our desires.
Week 4: Trust Your Self, we will end this series cultivating the practice of truly embodying our divine essence, the very best version of Self.
