Growing up is difficult. Problems are especially hard to solve when you're learning all kinds of unspoken social norms and trying to make sense of the world, all while your brain is still forming. Because of this, CASA is having an event at Barnes and Noble to help kids discover different outlets for problem-solving! Comics, art, and roleplay games are great ways for kids to relieve stress, engage their creative sides, and express emotions they might not have the words for. We will have volunteers there to help kids perfect their drawing, make their own comics, and more.
Free and open to the public! Drop by any time! (times are flexible if needed)
We are still looking for more artists to volunteer, so don't hesitate to reach out if you are interested!
