COOKING WORKSHOP | Meat Master Class 🥩

Come and celebrate the return of our world class Butcher Nick Dagg! Owner of Gourmet Market Meats, Nick has just returned from Ireland where crowned one of the top 18 butchers in the world. 🌎

Nick and Breon will give you the hot tips on what to look out for, and what to avoid when buying meat!

There will be cooking and sampling of our mafia dusted Angus beef, as well as our famous dry age burgers 🍔 To top the night off we will be making our world class pork truffle and provolone cheese sausages! Davey from Mama Coco will also be making a guest appearance and whipping up some famous side dishes to compliment the carnivorous feast!

You get front row seats to watch the man in action do what he does best. Bringing world class meat to cairns in a very stylish yet affordable way.
