At barre3, we don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all approach to exercise. Instead, we empower each individual to adapt postures and develop body awareness for lasting results. Using the barre3 signature approach, we deliver a 60 minute sweaty, heart pumping workout using only low-impact movements to tone and lengthen all major muscle groups, rev your heart rate, and strengthen your body. Inspired by ballet barre, yoga, and Pilates, we deliver a rewarding endorphin high, a deep muscle burn, and a centered mind.
