Spring is the perfect time to pull back the layers of your life and look a little bit deeper into not only your personal wellness but the wellness of your family and household. We are so excited to share with you a workshop that will help you find balance, healing, and better nutrition in your everyday life. The evenings event will start with a 60 minute energizing barre class to invigorate the mind and body, followed by refreshments and healthy small bites to enjoy during a presentation from Jill Gruen with Young Living Essential Oils and Amanda Miller, a local Holistic Nutritionist. Jill and Amanda will guide you through simple ways to find better wellness and create optimal health for you and your family through oils and nutrition. Amanda will also be launching a 10 day detox complete with meal plans, daily goals, and a community Facebook support group. This detox will help you achieve any weight loss or wellness goals, kickstart better eating habits and allow you to find more balance in your diet. You will receive some take-home goodies and materials and we will have some great door prizes to giveaway!
