NEW AERIAL HOOP COURSE starting at 7:30pm on Tues 27th February at Barton Road Community Centre in Lancaster!

Aerial Hoop is a circus apparatus in which the student learns beautiful manoeuvres and shapes whilst suspended in the air in a large metal ring. It provides the perfect frame for an endless variety of balances, transitions and routines that will help to sculpt your body whilst increasing flexibility, strength and confidence.

Inversion’s beginners aerial hoop courses are suitable for complete beginners or for those who are just learning and perfecting the basics. No level of fitness is required. Over the 5 weeks students will learn how to mount the hoop, dismount the hoop alongside the basic positions and transitions.

For your class: Please arrive 10 mins early to ensure you have time to get changed etc. It is very important that you do not miss the warm up!

What to bring/wear to your class:
Ideally two pairs of leggings to act as protection for the backs of your legs as they can become a little tender after your first few sessions. Once conditioned, just the one pair of leggings would be sufficient. Shorts are not suitable.
All Jewellery must be removed prior to your class.
A bottle of water
