Join Breanna Taylor for a deeply healing yin yoga experience. This workshop explores the 7 chakras (energy centers) of the physical body through holding one yin pose per chakra. Extended holds of 3-5 minutes per pose allow for a deep release within our connective tissue, and melting of any tension or stuck emotions. Yin yoga is great for all ages and abilities, and is the perfect antidote to our modern, busy lifestyles as it allows the time and space we need to begin to access our self-healing abilities. Please bring a journal for capturing your insights or any prose shared during the workshop.
