Just in time to make yourself an amazing center piece for your Christmas cake this year, why not add a festive twist to him.
Over this two day class, you will be taught how to build an internal structure to support your 3D cake, learn essential skills to aid you in finding comfort in forming and carving cake, layering with ganache, and modelling chocolate to form shape and texture.
Your finished sculpted cake will measure 24" in height, you will be taught how to work with modelling chocolate to form features, add colour to enhance the fur and learn how to add shade and realism to your finished cake.
For the class you will be required to bring along your choice of 6" round cakes in your desired flavour.
We will supply all ganache, fillings, modelling chocolate, tools and equipment for your course.
Classes are based in Basingstoke, Hampshire.
