For seven days we will meet and practice kundalini yoga together at 5:30 pm, starting on Saturday, April 7th through Friday, April 13th.
That's right, every day for a week!

Kundalini yoga is a powerful practice using asana, breathwork, mantra, mudra and meditation to move the energy in our body, finding our true self within, our authentic self. This practice cleanses and clears our mind.
