Foam rollers, massage balls and manual techniques are powerful ways to help you release restriction in your body, enhance performance, recover from exercise or to simply de-stress. Since SMR (self myofascial release) became the norm, there have been huge leaps forward in understanding how this, and many other techniques can be used with simple rollers, balls and your own hands. JP has stayed on the cutting edge of these developments and is here to share with you how which approach works best in different situations - SMR, fascial freeing, manual release work, myofascial mobilisation or breath work.

This workshop is for anyone who wants to move and feel better, by taking charge of their own body, learning what works best and having a range of techniques to help themselves forever. Whether you work in the movement, manual therapy or massage industry, a keen athlete or you're simply tired of feeling limited by your body.
