Tai Chi for Beginners

Beginner Class, Saturdays, 10:15 – 11:15 am
Intermediate Class also offered (Saturdays, 11:30 am - 12:30 pm)

Cost: $12/class or $66 for all 6 classes (Bliss packs accepted)

If you are new to Tai Chi or simple need to revisit the basics, this is the class for you!

Do the Chinese have a secret for youthfulness, health, long life, peace of mind and overcoming obstacles? If they do, surely the important part of it lies in Tai Chi, the fascinating exercise that millions have been practicing for centuries.

Young and old, male and female, weak and strong, they all find Tai Chi a wonderful source of relaxation and well-being. Tai Chi is an effortless and rhythmical art that stresses slow breathing, balanced and relaxed movements and absolute calmness of mind. Among teaching Tai Chi, Terry also is a licensed acupuncturist, a Shiatsu Massage practitioner, and a choreographer and adjunct professor in the Dance/Theatre Department of SUNY Fredonia.
