Unless we understand our mind and the way it works we won’t be able to deal with our issues.The average person is hardly aware of his conscious mind, which is like the tip of the iceberg, and is totally ignorant of his subconscious mind. Meditation is the practice used to reveal to us the totality of our mind and, therefore, it gives us the power to make meaningful and lasting changes in our lives.
