AQUARIAN SADHANA

First Wednesday Every Month. Community Sadhana , All welcome. Minimum gold coin Donation Only. 5.00-7.30 AM. At Be Still And Chill Wellness and Health Centre. 206/658 Pittwater Road Brookvale, Entrance Sydenham Road.

We rise early in the morning to breath, meditate, chant with our hearts and move our bodies. If you have never tried Kundalini Yoga Aquarian Sadhana before, come along enjoy the experience and transformative practice.

Aquarian Sadhana is open to everyone regardless of age, physical fitness or experience. It includes the recitation of the Japji (a poetic prayer that encapsulates the teachings and chanted in the spiritual language of Gurmukhi); a kriya (set of yoga postures); and a series of mantras that are chanted in a particular order for 62 minutes.

Doing Sadhana in a group develops group consciousness. Group meditation not only adds to the meditative effort but exponentially multiplies it. When community group comes together individual auras merge and come together to form a group aura. Each person acquires the value of the group multiplied by itself. So if four people consciously meditate together each individual has the power of 16 times that of an individual. Come on down lets multiply the power
