Join South African-born Chef, Leon Johnson as he walks you through the preparation of a lovely and elegant 4 course dinner that you'll want to make with your family and friends. The menu is inspired by his own Mother's Cape Town kitchen and includes:

• Bone Marrow on Toast with Parsley Salad
• Grilled Salmon with Fresh Chive Oil and Mashed Yukons
• Classic Roast Chicken with Herbed Spaetzle
• Creme Brulee'

Students will dine on their creations at the conclusion of class.
