Improve your teaching and supervisory skills in Cognitive Behavior Therapy.
Led by Beck Institute faculty member Donna Sudak, MD, this experiential workshop is designed for mental health professionals who teach and supervise other mental health professionals and/or graduate students in CBT.
Topics include how to adapt teaching to adult learners, use multiple modalities to enhance teaching and training, develop learning exercises for core CBT competencies, and create a CBT curriculum. You will also learn about methods of evaluation in supervision, deliberate practice with feedback, addressing problems in supervision, and enhancing students’ professional development as CBT clinicians. This workshop will help you identify key learning needs and micro skills for CBT training and provide feedback to students and trainees.
