Join Skylar McIndoe for a fun filled evening learning to work with a partner in an Acro Movement Class. Acro is a blend of partner acrobatics, Thai massage, and yoga. It builds a practice of understanding and trust between the base (partner on the floor) and flier (partner in the air).
A typical acro class consists of a proper warm-up and partner stretching followed by guided technique instruction. In an acro class, you’ll learn to trust your own body and the community around you in a fun and friendly environment. Prepare to create postures you never thought possible. Everyone will have the opportunity to base and fly.
Class Time: 7:30 pm – 9:00 pm
This is a FREE class open to both Bedrock CrossFit Members and Non-Members.
