This session will give you a brief overview of how to manage your anxiety, with discussions around causes, strategies and techniques.
This workshop may benefit women who; worry about everything all the time, sweat alot, second guessing themselves, have muscle tension, have trouble sleepinmg, chest pain, overthinking, increased heart rate and much more.
This two hour session is run by Womens Lives Leeds for women only.
