How's your balance, your stress level, your overall fitness? Are you prepared for summer? Join us every Tuesday at 2pm for Tai Chi class at the Bellevue Public Library!

In this class, you'll strengthen your balance and find your center. Tai Chi is meditation in motion. It is also low-impact, making it generally safe for all ages and fitness levels.

We will also do some Qigong to unleash your energy.

Classes are free and open to the public.
