From May 16 through May 31st the Library will be a collection site for you to shred your documents. We will have onsite inside the library a 65 gallon locked bin from Mansfield Shredding Service. Mansfield Shredding, is a not for profit business, that offers a variety of paper shredding services for the home, small business and corporate businesses.
Patrons will be able to drop their documents into the locked bin. When the bin is full, or on May 31st, whichever is later, the bin will be picked up by Mansfield Shredding to be shredded. With the pickup, Mansfield shredding will issue and provide a certificate of destruction for the library's records. If you need a copy of this certificate, please let us know.
Mansfield Shredding states that their shredding services is HIPPA and FATCA compliant and that they are members of the NAID (National Association for Information Destruction).
