Would you like to experience more relaxation, deeper breath and inner calm? Come join us for an evening of Jin Shin Jyutsu Self Help. Learn how, through gentle holding of fingers and points on the body, we can observe the harmonizing of our breath, spirit, mind and body. This simple, yet powerful, Japanese harmonizing art. is a gentle approach to self care and self empowerment.

Mara Prentice, DC will guide you through an introduction to Jin Shin Jyutsu, a gentle and powerful Japanese Harmonizing Art. You will be given some simple self-care that you can begin using to help bring balance,harmony and greater awareness. This class will be held once a month giving one the opportunity to deepen and explore this wonderful practice.
