First part will be taken by Tara and she will go through very briefly what the pelvic floor is, what it does, issues that can arise and how we can prevent and strengthen pelvic floor. After a break, Carlie will take the second part going through breathing techniques and integrated pelvic floor engagement. Wear comfortable clothing.
