Project Youth has been an annual spring event at the U for over 25 years. On April 25th, around 800 sixth graders from Title 1 Elementary Schools will come to the University of Utah to experience what it might be like to be a college student. Students will attend an assembly with campus leaders and performers, as well as two college classes from various departments. Volunteers will act as mentors for a day by sharing their personal college experiences and leading the students throughout the various activities. This is all aimed to inspire access to higher education.

Time commitment:
- One mandatory orientation (1 hour)
- Volunteer from 8:15am-1pm on Project Youth Day, April 25th (Reading day - no school)
- Optional volunteer party at 1:15pm on April 25th

Signing up is MANDATORY! Click on the "Tickets" link, then "Jumping Into Service," then "Project Youth!"
