Turbo Kick® is a fat-blasting, ab-defining cardio workout packed with a mix of kickboxing, HIIT training (High Intensity Interval Training), core work, and fun moves set to high energy dance music that will have you pumped up and looking forward to your next workout! This class is great for anyone at any skill level.
Classes are on Wednesdays 5-6pm and are $10 to drop-in or $85 for a 10-class punch card (with a 6 month expiration date from purchase), cash or check payable to the instructor. If you are a member of Berkshire Fitness and Wellness Center, you can attend for free.

About the Instructor:
Maria Antil (Turbo Kick Live): Originally from Central New York, Maria first fell in love with Berkshire County after working at a local summer camp in 2009. In college, she choreographed hip hop numbers for the student Orchesis group and spent the majority of her time in the weight room training as a hammer thrower on the track and field team. Maria enjoys yoga, dancing, strength training, and hiking. Now, as a Beachbody Turbo Kick Live! instructor and an AFAA-certified Group Fitness Instructor, she looks forward to sharing her passion for lifelong fitness with others.
