Family Yoga provides a nurturing environment for children, parents, and caregivers to spend much needed quality time together! Discover the joy and playfulness of practicing yoga together while strengthening special bonds. Delight in opportunities to connect and interact as a family through partner poses, cooperative yoga games, stories, art, compassion projects, as well as cherished relaxation time.
Family Yoga encourages confidence and self-esteem in kids, as well as a healthy lifestyle. Mindfulness toolkit tips as to how to incorporate mindful breathing and movement practices into daily home routines will be shared!
Kids 4 – 10 years of age. No experience necessary.
Yoga mats are available to borrow during class or bring your own.
