Join us at our BREATH event where we will explore together the power of our own breath, as a force to ground and calm us, and to bring us back to the present moment so that we are better able to cope with whatever stresses the day brings.

In this experiential event, you will have the chance to learn and experience a number of practical BREATH-based tools and strategies you can use every day to

You will also have a chance to experience Transformational Breath ® in a short demo session. Transformational Breath ® is a pattern of deep conscious breathing, that is natural, safe and healthy. It is a self-healing technique that helps people to access the full potential of their breathing system for better physical, emotional and mental well-being.

You will leave the session equipped with new knowledge and skills that you can use at work, at home and in all aspects of your daily life, to support your own wellbeing and build resilience.
