Transition is often called the 4th discipline in Triathlon racing. But it's rarely given much training time. To make matters worse, there are several different ways races run transitions, so how do you handle it when they change things up? Bags? Split transitions? How do I even hang my bike?
The Austin Triathlon Club and the Bicycle Sport Shop Triathlon team will be going over all that and more at the clinic. So bring your bike, helmet, bike shoes, running shoes, etc.. and after the discussion, you can practice setting up your own transition. What's better is you'll then have the opportunity to practice it with a mini bike/run course so you can practice going through your transitions.
