Uyuni is the project of Italian musician Nicola "Lompa" Lombardi (guitars, synths, loops). His passion for the expressive language of fingerpicking acoustic guitar music (from John Fahey to American pre-war folk and blues) intertwines with a taste for more contemporary sounds and structures that come from psychedelic, electronics and ambient noise.
9:15pm EMILY C. SMITH'S MUSICAL HAPPENINGS
Emily C. Smith's Musical Happenings deliver a low-slung, countrified take on rock 'n' roll inspired by the likes of PJ Harvey, David Bowie, Neko Case and Patti Smith. Emily released her debut album "Marina's Laughing" in 2013 and the album's opening song and lead single ‘Fight Against You’ received support from both BBC Radio 6 Music and BBC Radio Wales. Her EP "Far From Judd" was released in 2016 and last year Emily undertook a DIY tour of both Australia and the U.S.

Formally known as The Mysterious Blues Experience, Low Boy Noise are Kevin S. Flee on guitar & vocals and Liam Cubes on drums & vocals. Taking inspiration from Dr John, The Doors and The Jim Jones Revue, Low Boy proffer lo-fi punk, voodoo rites, bordello blues and snake-like grooves to tickle, tease and amuse.
10:50pm LLEGÓ LA MIEL
Llegó la miel is a band comprising two Argentinians and two Italians, fronted by Horacio Nesman. The group play original Latin blues compositions influenced by South American rhythms, bossa nova, funk and dance music. The group returns to Biddle Bros after playing here last October.
