Till is an acoustic singer/songwriter playing a nylon string guitar. His self-penned songs, delivered with a soulful voice, are immediate and melodic and his fingerstyle playing incorporates a variety of rhythms into his personal style. 9:10pm WICHITA GRAND
Formerly known as Biscuit Window, Wichita Grand is the new project of singer Dan Wise and guitarist Adrian Hopkins. Expect close harmonies, well-crafted choruses and the occasional clarinet solo. Heavily influenced by artists as disparate as Jimmy Webb, Mark Hollis and Sun Kil Moon they blend piano, lap steel, organ and more to create a unique mix of English folk and Americana.
9:50pm ALYS & THE D90s
Alys and the D90s are a folky, poppy, acoustic rock trio comprising Alys on guitar, Martin on bass and Simon on drums, with influences including Ani DiFranco, Bob Dylan, The Smiths, Blondie, Thievery Corporation, Red Hot Chili Peppers and The Indigo Girls.
10:30pm THE ALPACAS
The Alpacas are a London based multi-national pop rock band that initially began as a collaboration between Romanian singer/songwriter Andrei Ionescu and Mexican guitarist Jorge Sapién. Later adding Adam Leaver (guitar), Koichi Shoji (bass), Jon Scott (drums), Misato Takeda (keys) and Juri Uchishiba (violin), the 7-piece band released their debut album "Pictures Of You" last year.
