Any “struggling” athlete needs to be a well-rounded athlete, so let’s get some good, old-fashioned total body work in with our run! The Big Peach Midtown in-house fitness guru Jen Raby will guide us on a special Struggle Run that’s still beginner and injury friendly, but will feature a push-up, squat, lunge and dip, competition! MODIFICATIONS are available and every rep gets you a point! PRIZES for the top earners!
We stop every .25 miles so run/walkers are encouraged to join!
The Struggle Run is a Free Beginner and Injured Runner-friendly group event featuring relatively flat to moderately hilly routes of 1-3.5 miles. Target pace 8:30-13 minute miles.
