Stability whilst we run can help in so many ways not just in avoiding injury, it can also help us to move with better economy and also to run that little bit quicker.
An active core is essential to this. That is what this workshop will be all about.
This is the last of three session through the day, each helping to develop and improve running technique. There will be plenty of ideas of things for you to take away that can be incorporated into your training.
All of the WoodRun led sessions are ideal for beginners and improvers, or anyone new to developing their running technique regardless of how fast they run.
You can also 'Gear Test' a pair of trail shoes from inov-8 All Terrain Running, Saucony UK & Ireland or SCOTT Running.
All our Wood Run Coached Sessions are led by experienced Run Leaders and coaches who do this sort of thing week in, week out. They are either involved in Wood Run or Accelerate Trail Runners on a weekly basis.
