Welcome to the world of Aerial Pole, the strength, and fitness promoting art of pole dancing! For beginners I will teach basic spins, climbs and pole moves, and as you advance I will teach higher up moves!

Preparing for pole: Wear shorts, a sports bra, and a tank top or t-shirt if desired. Leggings don't work well on the pole, because you need to be able to stick. Also, PLEASE don't wear lotion, as it can make the pole slippery! Our hour and a half workouts will involve a quick warmup, learning pole moves, and then a nice cool down.
