Ida will teach techniques for isolation of lower, middle and upper spine, as well as which other areas of the body we need to use for backward bending. We will spend our time on exercises to help you create maximum strength and flexibility for you!
In addition to being the repeat Canadian Hatha Yoga Champion, Ida has been teaching since 2003 and leading posture clinics since 2009.
