In this class, we will use gentle modified yoga poses, breathing techniques and meditation to help with any common discomforts our moms to be may have such as back pains, constipation, varicose veins etc and also to help ease child birth. When we become pregnant, our body goes through many changes that may create stress on us mentally, here is where the breathing and meditation come in to help us maintain a healthy mind. Prenatal yoga have many benefits for pregnant women and their babies, such as creating a healthy bond between mom and baby also it increase the strength f the pelvic floor, flexibility, endurance of muscles and regulated breath control needed during child birth. So come on out to treat your self and enjoy a blissful evening with other moms to be.
About the Instructor
I found yoga or should I say yoga found me about 2 years ago when I became unhappy my self esteem dropped, and I became angry; I decided I needed to make a change and that change was Yoga! I graduately started to see a change in myself and my kids began to join me on the mat which is a wonderful bonding experience to have with your kids.
I've always had a passion for helping others and I believe I can help kids with their emotion, self love etc through yoga and meditation. I received my 200 hr RYT June, 2017 through an awesome teacher Margarida from One Yoga Planet in Fort Pierce, Fl.
Yoga to me is finding peace within thyself and others, having a sense of freedom, and finding balance between the mind body and spirit. - Raquel Bizzell
