Whether you’re an athlete or an average joe... we could all stand to feel a bit better in our bodies. Join us for this workshops exploring different techniques to release tension in the body, remove stiffness and and recover better. By working with the fascia and targeted release techniques, you’ll begin to feel you can move more easily and feel better in your body!

No matter what your sport... runner, cyclist, cross fitter, skater or football player (and all those other sports!!) ... this workshop is for YOU.
