BDRC is committed to helping you be the most efficient runner you can be and is pleased to offer 8 core/strength workout sessions on Wednesdays @6:30pm from May 16-July 11!
All sessions are free!!
Mark your calendars and join us as we build our core together! Each week will feature a different core routine and even a medicine ball routine for weeks 7-8. Everyone get ready to plank, lunge, squat, scissor kick, Russian twist, and much more!
Each participant needs to bring:
1. Mat or thick towel (we will be outside on the concrete)
2. Bottle of water
3. Medicine ball (weeks 7-8 only)
