This yoga class will use poses, breath and visualization to generate heat in the body. With a faster pace, we will use our warmth to cleanse away the yucky physical and emotional toxins our mind/body stored over the long Winter.
Instructor: Laura Hogan
$7 or 1 mark off Laura's pass.
This class is open to everyone and will be offered every Wednesday at 4:15pm, for 5 weeks, as part of our Spring Detox!
