One day, I decided I was bigger than I was comfortable with; on that day, I started a regime to help me get in shape and lose weight.
Believe me, there is nothing wrong with my health, but I was UNCOMFORTABLE.

I must take care of my temple.

So I did.
February 20th, 2018, I cut Coca Cola, and Sweet Tea.
I started drinking MORE WATER (with lemon and cucumber), warm water with lemon, Apple Cider Vinegar, and Honey, and exercising daily.

I now exercise three times a day.

I'm down two pants sizes and one shirt size.
