Hula hooping has been around for centuries as a fun way to exercise and learn to move. Usually we think of it as a tool for children, but adults gain so much from this prop! It helps to teach rhythm and body coordination, gives gentle massage to stimulate the lymphatic system, and it's a fun way to get in some cardio! Hula hooping is a great way to remember the silliness and carefree attitude we had as children, something we lose as we get older. Come join for this adults-only hooping class and learn some new tricks with an old toy! Hoops will be provided, all levels encouraged to attend.
