Yoga Nidra is a state of consciousness between waking and sleeping to experience deeper levels of inner freedom. Give yourself permission to rest and restore, tapping into new sources of energy. Yoga Nidra is also an amazing practice for lowering Cortisol (stress hormones) in the body.
This inspired meditative practice requires nothing of you but to lie down and listen. After we will practice some gentle yoga postures to awaken our feeling bodies. Dress comfortably, and bring a thin blanket or two if you prefer.

Melany completed her training in Divine Sleep Yoga Nidra under the guidance of founder Jennifer Reis.
