This fun 90-minute Yoga workshop for your 8-12 year old girl, will blend a flowing practice, partner poses, breath work, meditation, relaxation and journaling. This loving, supportive circle will help nurture self -confidence and self esteem, while developing focus and concentration and learning tools to manage stress.

Movement, and Yoga is beneficial for fast growing bodies. Yoga develops a strong and flexible body, increases balance, body awareness and coordination. Yoga helps calm and clear the mind, relieves tension and stress, expands imagination and creativity. Yoga builds confidence and self-esteem, supports individuality and self expression. Yoga builds inner and outer strength, and helps create heightened awareness of both oneself and others.
Cost is $25 per Yogi. Pre-registration required as class is limited to 12 tweens in our unheated room. Please bring a Mat and reusable water bottle to class. A journal and pen will be provided.
