Our Baby and Me yoga class provides a community where new moms and babies (6 weeks-pre-crawlers) are able to come together, share experiences, and make connections with one another in a safe and supportive environment. The class focuses on regaining strength within the pelvic floor and abdominals, releasing tension throughout the neck and shoulders, and using the breath to increase energy.
