If pregnancy and birth have left you feeling a bit disconnected from the muscles of your core and pelvic floor, this is the workshop for you! In this workshop, we will discuss the basic anatomy of the core and pelvic floor, and then dive into simple techniques, yoga postures, and exercises that can help to tone these muscles. We will also address abdominal wall separation (diastasis recti) and how to repair it, pelvic floor dysfunction and "leaking," and how to return to exercise and your daily routine in a safe way. There will be plenty of time for questions and discussion. Appropriate for all stages of post-partum and beyond, and even for pregnant mamas who want to learn some strengthening techniques before baby arrives. Absolutely no experience necessary.
